Medication Management

Thoughtful, Steady Support for Your Treatment Plan

Medication can be an important tool in mental health care. Treatment is approached thoughtfully, with careful monitoring to support safety, personalization, and effectiveness.

How We Approach Medication

Our approach focuses on clarity and collaboration. You’ll understand why a medication is recommended, how it’s expected to help, and what to monitor along the way.

  • Typical Session Length: 45–60 minutes

  • What’s Important to Know:

Progress is reviewed at every visit.

You are always part of the decision-making process.

People seek medication management for a variety of mental health concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and excessive worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Attention and focus difficulties (ADHD)

  • Mood changes or mood instability

Medication plans are individualized, and many people experience more than one concern at the same time.
